Roundtable is a form of supplemental training held monthly on a district basis.  Roundtable provides Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing Leaders an opportunity to share ideas and activities with leaders from other units.  It is a source of continuing information flow.

Roundtable is Team Building and Information exchange.

Are you a New Leader...?  Veteran Leader...?  Are you starving for ideas or is your unit running like a fine Swiss watch?  No matter what, come to Roundtable!  We want to know how you are doing, where do you need help, share your successes and brainstorm solutions!

Roundtable is also Leader Information Night... Find out about Camporees, Training, TUOCS District events, Occoneechee Council Events and much more!

Roundtable is about a Team... Our Team.  Our TUOCS District Team!  We are all volunteers.  We are all striving to put the strongest program together that will benefit the youth of our community.  Roundtable keeps us on the same page.

At Roundtable, we discuss the themes for upcoming events.  Roundtable packets have ideas for audience participations, ceremonies, crafts, cooking, games, skits, songs and everything a leader needs to succeed.  The planning is done for you.  We also discuss enrichment topics; volunteer recruitment, membership retention, large event planning and future goals.  These topics rotate monthly.  If you have an idea for a topic, please let us know!

Roundtable is held the first Thursday of every month at Garners Methodist Church on Rosehill Rd..

May - Cracker Barrel

June - Summer picnic treats

July - No Roundtable scheduled this month

Aug - Trail snacks

Sep - Dutch Oven cookoff

Oct - Nuts and berry treats

Nov  - Thanksgiving specials

Dec - Holiday goodies
