The TUOCS District is one of 13 Districts that make up the Occoneechee Council, of the Boy Scouts of America. It's geographic location is the western half of Cumberland County, made up of the communities of Spring Lake, Northern Fayetteville and Ft. Bragg.
The TUOCS District... Scouting by the Numbers
- 45 Scouting Units (Packs for boys 7-10, Troops for boys 11-18, and Crews for boys and girls 14-21)
- 40+ Chartering Organizations (Organization that sponsors a Unit--Can be civic, religious, service clubs, etc.)
- 1200+ Registered Youth
- 500+ registered adult leaders and volunteers
